Małgorzata Björum (PPL) - CHAIRmAN

She has many years of experience in the area of security, which she gained in the aviation and banking sectors.
During her professional career, she has been responsible for various projects in the security area, including, among others, the implementation of one of thefirst certified business continuity systems in the largest bank in Poland, the implementation of RODO, the development of DRP plans or overseeing the system of information security management system in accordance with the 27001 standard. She consistently developed from scratch the structures of the cyber security, including, among others, being responsible for the establishment of SOC structures. She holds numerous industry certifications and actively involved in numerous cyber security initiatives, including.
establishing the Information Sharing and Analysis Center - ISAC in the aviation industry, developing the CWC community.
She is passionate about travel and cultural diversity. She currently serves as Head of the Cyber Security Department of the Airport Chopin in Warsaw. She is a member of the Cyber Women Community Program Council and a Board Member of ISACA Warsaw Chapter.

Piotr Ozga (PLL LOT) - Member of the Steering Committee

Piotr Ozga graduated with a degree in Information Systems from the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, where a few years later he also completed postgraduate studies in network information technologies. He gained his experience by implementing secure, wide-area ICT systems operated in the Polish Air Force. He also represented the country at NATO committee meetings many times during this time. He has been directly involved with the subject of cyber security for more than 15 years. He has successfully used the practical skills he acquired during the implementation of security measures and monitoring of IT system operation in companies such as ITB and PGNiG Termika. In the latter case, he also implemented security procedures and systems for monitoring the operation of OT environments. He has conducted trainings and lectures in the topics of threats and building employee awareness. He is the author of publications and articles. As an auditor, he actively participates in the verification of implemented procedures, solutions and safeguards within the framework of information security (ISO 27001) and business continuity (ISO 22301) management systems. He currently serves as Director of the Cyber Security Office at the Polish Aviation Group. He considers the biggest challenge to be convincing the business that the restrictions put in place and the expenses incurred on cyber security are an investment, not a cost.

Ewelina Kozłowska (PAŻP) - Member of the Steering Committee

Ewelina Kozlowska, has several years of experience in the field of information security. For almost 5 years, as Head of the Cyber Security Department at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, she has been responsible for managing and overseeing digital security activities. She led the project for the comprehensive implementation of the Security Operations Center, both in terms of the implementation of the ICT security monitoring system, the security incident management process and the construction of the specialized SOC room itself. She is responsible for the establishment, development and organization of the security monitoring team. She oversees the vulnerability management process and the implementation and maintenance of ICT security tools. Together with the team, she is also responsible for defining cyber security requirements for PAŻP suppliers. In her work, she also applies her knowledge and several years of experience in auditing. In addition, she is PAŻP's representative in national and international cyber security working groups.
